Chef Pendergast will be competing in the PEI Shellfish Festival’s annual PEI Potato Seafood Chowder Championship! Come on down to the PEI Shellfish Festival grounds (corner of Grafton St. and Water St.) to sample the delicious chowders as chefs vie for the title of Chowder Champ! Chef Pendergast will be competing in the first ‘chowder heat’ and it takes place Friday September 14th at 5pm in the big tent at the festival grounds.
